In 2025, the Participatory Brazil program grew, gained national and international recognition, and launched a new version.

Throughout 2025, Brasil Participativo facilitated  99 participatory processes , including  85 public consultations ,  nine conferences  , and  five plans , which together received  1,294,741 visits . During this period,  105,719 new users registered  on the platform, significantly expanding the participant base.

The public's participation was reflected in  54,271 votes on proposals  and  42,149 comments , of which  2,514  were registered directly on proposals and  39,635  in participatory texts. The number of proposals submitted also showed significant growth:  9,469 in 2025 , almost double the number in 2024, when  5,213 proposals were registered .

The platform is developed in partnership with the  Free Software Competence Laboratory (LabLivre) of the Faculty of Science and Technology in Engineering at the University of Brasília (UnB) , and is hosted by Dataprev, with support from the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI), through ColaboraGov.

NEW VERSION

In 2025, Brasil Participativo launched a new version with  a redesigned interface  and improved functions for simplified use. The digital platform, which has accumulated more than 9 million accesses since 2023, centralizes participatory processes in four areas: conferences, public consultations, participatory plans, and councils, in addition to including a section for 27 Social Participation Forums in the states and the Federal District. The new interface was  presented  during the August edition of the Inter-Council Forum.
